nothing sexy about cabbage. but my goodness is it good when you cook it smoked ribs.
(quick story: the smartest person i know is my cousin, scientist & an all around jack of all trades. he loses a bet and has to eat nothing but cabbage for a month. it’s too early to confirm but i think he said he lost 30 lbs & keeps talking about having fixed his gut bacteria haha)
anyway, some people go half rice and half meat.
my mom always ditched the rice, i🙏 love that woman
i got three boys and they need protein, they get their rice with nigiri anyway.
