Cardone Capital, a real estate investment company, launched 10X Miami River Bitcoin Fund, a dual-asset fund containing 346 multi-family residential commercial real estate and values on the banks of Miami, Florida. Bitcoin worth $15 million. The fund will convert part of its monthly cash flow into bitcoin. Grant Cardone, founder and CEO of Cardone Capital, said that the company's long-term goal is to accumulate $1 billion in real estate assets and $200 million in Bitcoin reserves in hybrid funds.
