Here's a comprehensive guide to understanding exactly where and why your airdrop claim may have failed.
Step 1: Eligibility Verification
Action: You visit the official airdrop page and check if your wallet address qualifies.
Common Failures:
"Wallet Not Eligible" message → Your address didn't meet the snapshot requirements (minimum token balance, activity timeframe, or holder duration).
"Invalid Address" error → You're using an unsupported wallet format or wrong blockchain network.
Blank/loading screen → The verification API is overloaded or your ad-blocker is interfering with the checker.
Why It Happens: Projects take snapshots at specific block heights. If your tokens arrived after the snapshot, were on an exchange (not in self-custody), or you sold before the snapshot, you're disqualified.
Step 2: Website Connection
Action: You click "Connect Wallet" on the airdrop portal.
Common Failures:
Button doesn't respond → Browser compatibility issues (try Chrome/Brave instead of Safari/Firefox).
