Dust off the idea you’ve been sitting on, validate it with CT / friends, mock it up in Notion + Figma, find a dev who’ll take upside instead of cash, use AI for branding, keep the mechanics simple, hunt your first 100 users manually, and turn yourself into the “founder brand”.
Your first dollars are usually tuition anyway—that’s why starting from $0 is often the real edge.
