Nut Cracker ( Working Hands ) Meet 38 year old Mani. Moved to the city from South India , he is the coconut vendor . A big crate of fresh coconuts & a “kukuri” ( knife ) as his tool. A number of customers surrounded his stall. For the next hour , all I saw was his tough hands , the knife and coconuts being cut open at the speed of lightning. There are a number of steps involved from shredding, breaking open and scooping the coconut flesh out . I don’t know where he gets that power from but Mani was definitely the master .
