The weaknesses of the foundation model are well identified. However, I believe corporate structures are even more vulnerable in the face of regulatory uncertainty. What works in the U.S. today might become risky tomorrow due to sudden policy shifts. Hybrid models and jurisdictional flexibility might offer a more sustainable path toward decentralization.
Of course, I am not as qualified as you in this field, but looking at the latest news (for example, the Tariffs issue), incorporating as a founder (without Smart Money support) may seem like a nightmare.
