A key choice in organizing your vault is choosing when tags or folders are best. If you have several "people" records in your CRM, you can either make a folder called People and tag them to different customer companies, or make a folder for each customer and tag the file as a #person. Both are fine, you pick for you!

Regarding IRS draft for form 1099-DA, trying to wrap my head around who (in the current draft) needs to file it: If Alice has a Trezor and connects it to Metamask to gift fractions of an ERC20 to 100 friends using Disperse.app, who fills and files the form? Trezor, Alice, Metamask, Disperse, or the 100 friends? 🤔
