The SEC and the US Department of Justice have supported a lawsuit against Nvidia over sales to cryptomineers
The consideration of a class action lawsuit against Nvidia with accusations of distorting the financial results of sales of video cards to cryptocurrency miners should continue. This was stated to the U.S. Supreme Court by the Department of Justice and the SEC.
