update: we have not yet determined root cause, but @neynar is graciously assisting us with our investigation we are further instrumenting our systems so we can collect better log data going forward we will provide another update no later than Dec. 18, 01:00 UTC (about 20 hours from now) you do not need to take any action at this time.
