I’m really interested in workbooks that help us imagine what is possible in our communities. Speculative design workshopping, spoonfed to you with really helpful framing.
The first two images: is an architect’s activity book by Steve Bowkett (shoutout @opensourcekam who gifted this to me!) is designed for kids and adults and is designed to help us dream about the future of our urban environment.
The last two images is a children’s activity book by Mariame Kaba and many other collaborators, designed to help children learn to build communities of care without prisons or policing.
