Places to play games in public, public performance spaces, I love a cafe that converts to a bar, I love a library with beverages, libraries (regular), community garden with statues (think Elizabeth garden), etc More of the non commercial spaces that end up just being gentrification hubs Wby?

yeah i'd like to see a lot more places like you mention! I think we need to see more social clubs. Ideally either publicly funded or a space where people pay to be a member and that comes with benefits like access, ability to use the space to host events, bring +1s, etc. Ideally these social clubs are focused around shared interested or a particular community
