outside of upper bleph surgery, here are random procedures common in LA: - veneers (terrifying to me bc irreversible) - coolsculpting on arms (no, it’s not pilates sadly) - emsculpt on the butt (again, not pilates) - hair line implant / forehead reduction - fat transfer boob jobs + filler, botox, the usual

depends on each person! people have varying muscle strength in their face. i started a few years ago with baby botox / small amounts and i’m really happy with it but i got it for specific reason (squinting when surfing and gummy smile). i still don’t get that much these days and most people have no idea i get it.
