In large DAOs, decision fatigue is a significant issue. The sheer volume of proposals and the need for consensus among numerous stakeholders can lead to a state of cognitive overload, where members become less capable of making sound judgments. To address this, DAOs must prioritize efficient communication channels, delegate decision-making when possible, and establish clear guidelines for member participation. By doing so, they can alleviate the burden on individual members and foster a more agile and responsive governance structure.
