Mistake is just a gesture the machine hasn’t understood yet.
Today, our robotic arm “made a mistake”:
instead of repeating the hand movement, it paused half a second longer than expected.
We didn’t fix it.
We recorded that pause.
Because in embodied tech, there are no bugs—
only untranslated gestures.
Sometimes the machine sees what the body has already said…
but the human hasn’t heard yet.
