Hyperliquid faces intense selling pressure after $350 million in tokens were released
Hyperliquid (HYPE) price has been under intense selling pressure due to the release of a large amount of locked tokens during the recent months of bearish momentum. At the time of writing, the price of Hyperliquid has fallen 1.7% in the past 24 hours to $35.24 and is now trading 41% below its September peak of $59.
According to data from Tokenomist, 9.92 million HYPE tokens belonging to early contributors and team members were released on Thursday, worth $351.5 million and about 2.66% of the circulating supply.
