Mashed potatoes as a pizza crust for the win! I made a creamy garlic pizza sauce instead of tomato. Chicken, bacon, red and orange sweet peppers, green olives, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. To use mashed potatoes as a pizza crust, just use regular mashed taters, no need to add anything except any seasonings you may want. (Cold ones from last night are easiest to form into a flat pancake. Bake on parchment paper for 20-25 minutes at 400 F(205 C). Then add sauce , (mostly cooked)toppings, and cheese, and bake for 8-10 minutes longer I am not mad at this at all! I'll definitely be making it again! I love you all! Enjoy!
