It may seem strange to say that black holes can create a new world, because we are not sure enough about the existence of other worlds, but the basis of this theory is one of the most popular research fields today. A simple example of this theory is our world. If you look at our world in general, you will see that a complex set of numbers have come together and created our world, it is enough to change one of these numbers to completely disintegrate our world. A singularity at the center of a black hole could upset the standard laws of physics and create a new universe with altered conditions.
