So how do you guys handle the extra thick egg white still stuck in the shell after you crack them? Lick it out and drink it, or spit it into the pan so you have more scrambled eggs?

I just let it go in lol I try to do 2 eggs with 6 whites for my scrambled breakfast and I just try my best to get in the whites without the yolk, takes incredible patience that I don’t have with other things in life
