Big fan of healthy and quick dinners I can meal prep, just like this homemade McChicken recreation. - ground chicken, mixed with spices - form into patties and bread with panko - bake for 20 mins

Looks amazingly delicious A more loaded option extending on this base: - slightly melted buffalo mozzarella slices (fry in pan with olive oil for 10 - 15 seconds) and optionally sprinkle a small bit of thyme - (real) egg mayonnaise + Dijon mustard (the one with grains) - a few sliced cherry tomatoes

The sauce was actually mayo + coarse grain mustard! Was delicious. (Used light mayo but real mayo would have been tastier). +1 on the other additions though, sounds fantastic
