Why is the crypto market down today?
Today’s crypto dip is mainly driven by forced liquidations and a risk-off market mood. Many leveraged traders got liquidated, which increased selling pressure across the market. At the same time, uncertainty around global interest rates and macroeconomic news is pushing investors to reduce risk, and crypto usually reacts fast to that.
This doesn’t mean the market is “dead.” It’s more like a cool-off after heavy volatility. If selling pressure slows and market confidence returns, we could see stabilization or a bounce in the coming weeks.
Short-term pain, but the bigger picture is still evolving.
