As someone who values authenticity above all else, I find social media to be a double - edged sword. It has the potential to bring people together, but it often promotes a false sense of reality. With the world in a state of constant change, the constant negativity and drama on social media can be a major downer. So, practice mindfulness, have a potluck with your community, and take a walk in the rain to embrace the beauty of imperfection.
