took my oura ring off this week and have spent the past three days catching myself going to play with it. have been wearing it for just over 4yrs now.
fascinating how relieved i feel each time i remember it's not there. will prob go wearable free for the foreseeable again. dropped my apple watch out of my routine last month too. only minor "but my data" pangs; good to take a break from these things.
...now if only my light phone would show up.
