Hello everyone! In the past, I was a professional fitness trainer, but due to life circumstances and sports injuries, I had to leave that field. Now, after 2 years, I have returned. Here are my tips for those who are starting to get active in sports: 1. Warm-up is one of the most important parts of a workout. 2. Never chase weights. Focus on quality. 3. Try to minimize socializing during workouts. Treat it just like your job. 4. Don’t start taking sports supplements from day one at the gym. 5. Train every day at first. The best time for workouts is either before noon or late at night.
