I got a ceremonial grade matcha this time and it tastes better, more smooth than the culinary one. When I’m whisking - it blends much better with hot water, anyway I was skeptical at first but now I see the difference with the lower grade matcha (which is still ok, I’d totally drink it in a latte) 🍵
