For a business to succeed in the long run, there needs to be an active culture of "de-bureaucratization". It's about constantly removing the unneeded extra steps that are added over time for one reason or another in the organization.
Outperform +99% of the human population by sticking to the basics: - Sleep +8h/night (actual sleep, you should be in bed for +9 hours) - Eat healthy (no sugar/alcohol/processed food) - Work out (+2h cardio & +3h strength training per week) - Supplement the vitamin deficiencies you have (get a yearly blood panel done)
