I read "Living in the Cracks" and I agree with a sentence in it. Let's encourage each other:
"After meeting so many people, I have to admit that those who have a sense of stability and order are the most attractive to me. The chaotic world has nothing to do with them. They have a stable daily life, stable hobbies, stable reading and stable values. They have an internal anchor, which has nothing to do with the outside."
