/feud was literally a single chatgpt prompt at the start. I prototyped it inside of chatgpt, got it to what I wanted, *and then* figured out how move it to a database, add a UI, etc...

I think one thing that will be clear in a year is that really good prompts are often clear signals of an interesting new app or product idea

Generally I wonder how fast chatGPT will help people learn new languages. It has to make it significantly easier, right?

if you use chatGPT to communicate in another language often, do you slowly learn the language due to exposure?

what I want from openai re device:

a two-way superpowered micro mac like the one used by dale Cooper. something small, that fits in my pocket, that I can fiddle with.

give it the context of all my messages, reminders, calendars, emails, accounts etc. Let it control those things + take actions on my behalf.

i think stuff like this highlights what is most underrated about the models and what they can do: repeatable workflows where there is judgement or probability involved

it got me to stop and look, and i had no idea it was crypto!

for the most valuable: if you put the before and after next to each other, what are the most meaningful differences? why do you think it worked?
