cheat code for not-so-great meat, punch some holes into the meat, marinade with mayo (not kewpie) overnight in a zipper bag, get rid of air as much as possible

i think it was the place i bought it from tbh… the meat didn’t look great and the steak was tiny. nice and expensive tho!
