It’s good to be sushi decisive I usually approach with rules ⅓ Oshi Zushi (Kyoto Box Pressed) Toro → Chu-Toro → O-Toro Paired with flights of scotch Caol Isla → Macallan → Laphroig Generally I go with highballs. Ie. scotch and soda - it’s a perfect pair to kaiseki
