I quit the gym at the start of covid. Was hoping remote or VR fitness would partially compensate, but the headsets are still too bulky and the workout apps are not quite there yet. Best to get some activities outside too. Even better in a group environment.
What about z-axis depth on your whiteboard to drill down and expand details? Personally, I can't wait to do spacial mindmapping.
Ear plugs for sleep has been a game-changer for me. An eye mask is great too, if your room isn't very dark. Reading/listening to stories is a bridge to sleep and dreaming. Works for kids, works for adults.
