As crypto matures, the convergence between traditional finance and DeFi is becoming undeniable. Tokenized U.S. Treasuries, bonds, and even real estate are slowly gaining traction on-chain, bringing regulated institutions closer to blockchain rails. For DeFi users, this means broader access to real-world yield opportunities. The challenge, however, lies in ensuring security and regulatory compliance without losing the permissionless spirit that made DeFi revolutionary in the first place.
