Your sketch appeals to me more than the more polished image you painted. Perhaps it reminds me of the many paintings I’ve admired in the Art Museum, reminiscent of classical work. Refinement wasn’t necessary as long as the essence of the muse was captured. Well done.
One thing is hard to boil down. I think I would say, slow down, appreciate the journey & treasure all the small, fleeting moments. All the while, know you are enough; inside as well as out. Give yourself some grace in your failings, & eventually, filled with peace of mind, you can look back devoid of regrets.
Indeed…my wife craves sitting near the ocean and listening to the melodic lapping of the waves against the warm sand. Soothing, and as you mentioned, medicine for the mind.
Scientists and engineers find a great many of their design inspirations in nature (Velcro, diving bells, sonar, and the list goes on). I wonder if the “bone conduction headphone tech” had their imagined beginnings after studying these incredible creatures.
