Case 1 : A 71st years old man, came unconscious and gasping since 4 hours ago. The history of past illness was Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. The physical examination showed absent lung sound on right lung and rales on left lung. Thorax radiology examination was performed and showed this:
This case is Acute Lung Edema.
Patient was stabilized and given diuretic to push out the fluid out of the lung.
