The cryptocurrency market has seen a return of big Ethereum buyers and an increase in futures trading volume after Monday’s price correction. Data from Anchin shows that several whales have bought tens of millions of dollars of Ethereum from major exchanges in recent days. The moves coincide with the rise in the prices of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana in the past 24 hours.
According to the Arkham analysis platform, a large investor bought 18,345 Ethereum worth approximately $55 million from BitGo. Two other large purchases were recorded from Binance and Kraken exchanges with a total volume of about $104 million. At the same time, futures trading volume (taker by volume) increased to $148.7 million, indicating strong demand.
