I have a weird relationship w physical books. My entire life I swore I’d never go digital but for the past few years, all my books have been kindle. 

I used to dream of a big library but now it feels like an aesthetic desire. My small collection (about two racks of space) has stopped growing. Part of me wants to buy double for looks and I can’t get myself to do it.

I read almost entirely digital books, but the problem with Kindle or similar is that you’re essentially “streaming” the book from Amazon or whoever. They can change the content at any time and redistribute it to you without telling you.
