$points community takeover if non-cooperative: deploy 2nd token w DAO treasury and governance, seed Uv3 one sided $pts/$dao, use $dao for liq. mining $pts/eth, find usecase for / build around the DAO, DAO can later do retroPGF to fund ecosystem if it takes off and not just a faucet for LPs
