Cross - Cultural Project CollaborationJoined a cross - cultural project with teams from different countries. Communicating across time zones and cultural differences was initially tricky. I made an effort to learn about my international colleagues’ work styles and holidays. Through regular video conferences and clear communication, we started to gel as a team. We’re currently working on a joint marketing campaign, and I’m excited to see the unique perspectives we bring to the table.
