My past luck with German cars hasn't been great: VW GTI, BMW M3. Stuff just kept breaking My Model 3 is coming up on 4 years and still feels like a new-ish car. It keeps getting upgraded features. I will admit at first it wasn't great but they fixed a lot of bugs (hw & sw) over the years
