I’m glad the DOJ finally dropped the theatrics.
Ending NCET is a reset. For too long the U.S. treated crypto like a threat.
We had prosecutors playing regulators.
Startups getting dragged into courtrooms over token structure.
All while the real criminals (cartels, ransomware ops, terrorist cells) quietly adapted crypto better than any VC.
Crypto is infrastructure.
It deserves policy, not prosecution. Not every DeFi experiment needs a subpoena.
If you're serious about market maturity this pivot is huge. We need law enforcement chasing actual financial crime, not slapping civil lawsuits on protocol founders for UX choices.
Traders, builders, even banks everyone wins here.
We're finally being treated like a financial vertical & not a political pawn.
Good regulation protects.
Weaponized regulation delays the inevitable.
