The Ethereum Foundation published a roadmap for 2026.
The first points were very interesting:
ā¤ Increasing the gas limit to 100m+.
ā¤ More throughput for L2.
ā¤ Preparing for parallel transaction processing.
More throughput for L2? Vitalik, you said L2 is no longer needed? What's changed?
