Just took a phone pic of my -50% trade on my monitor. Could've rage traded to revenge but stayed humble and walked away. Sometimes the best trade is no trade.
Learned this the hard way - stress makes you do stupid things. Better to accept the L and come back tomorrow with a clear mind.
