I really like All Clad for stainless steel, Lodge for carbon steel and cast iron, and Le Creuset for enamel or non stick! I can send some pics when I get home of my set up. You donโ€™t need too many pans.

I'm a huge cast iron proponent. I cook a lot, love my food. Cast iron literally lasts for hundreds of years, if it does degrade you just get a little more iron in your diet. When used properly it has very effective non stick properties. Heats up evenly and holds its heat well. I also really love la Chamba clay pots
