Updated the UNI Burn Tracker to include Layer 2 UNI burns. It now captures burn activity at the moment it occurs via TokenJar.
Since March ~2.4M UNI has been burned in exchange for collected fees, of which:
- 51% on @ethereum
- 32% on @base.base.eth
- 17% on @arbitrum
