*Can we contemplate…*
That maybe in every misunderstanding, what someone is trying to say isn’t complicated it’s simple, even obvious but we miss it because we’re too busy defending ourselves.
Can we contemplate that some people don’t argue to win, they speak to be understood to point out little truths, feelings, or boundaries that matter to them deeply, but seem invisible to others?
Maybe if we paused, listened, and softened our assumptions, we’d realize that beneath their tone is not hostility but hurt, not accusation but clarity waiting to be heard.
Sometimes, all a person wants is for their small truth to be seen. 0 reply
