1(B). Solution Our proposed tool is a Web3-based kanban board that manages projects, providing predictive analytics with decentralized payments using smart-contracts integration. The tool allows a user to track tasks based on visually implemented stages of the kanban board, which are monitored and analysed using AI models to predict the duration and Acost of each task, thus helping the users make informed decisions based on these data. Upon task completion, smart contracts settle payment on EVM-compatible blockchain [1] from escrow directly to the assignee, ensuring accountability and providing delay-free payment. All-in-one, this solution is designed specifically for remote teams, DAOs, or any Web3 community in search of productive workflows.

2. Distribution strategy We’re starting with a lightweight, intuitive UI that allows users to create projects, organize tasks, and invite collaborators from a shared dashboard. DAO operators will be able to connect their wallets, fund task pools, and configure custom payout logic. Contributors can submit work and track their earnings transparently. Our go-to-market strategy includes: Launching a waitlist and community Discord to build early interest. Partnering with DAOs and grant communities for early testing. Leveraging open data from GitHub, Notion, and Snapshot to design integrations. Success will be measured by active users, DAO integrations, and successful task payouts. Long term, we aim to become the Web3 standard for project management, replacing traditional SaaS tools with decentralized, fair, and intelligent alternatives.

3. Technical integration strategy A modular, service-oriented architecture (SOA) was adopted to streamline integration, maintain independence between components, and ensure scalability. Frontend–Backend Integration - React interfaces communicate with Express backend APIs to perform CRUD operations and handle business logic. - Firebase Firestore serves as the persistent data store for tasks, users, and project metadata. Frontend–AI Model Integration - During task creation, the frontend sends a POST request to the Flask API containing task details. - The API responds with estimated duration and assignee, dynamically populating the task form. Blockchain Integration - On task completion, the backend triggers smart contract functions via Web3.js, releasing escrowed payments [11]. - Transaction status and logs are synced to Firestore and reflected in the UI dashboard.

Problem Statement In remote and decentralized team environments, successful project management is greatly affected by three persistent problems: failure to track tasks in real-time, inaccurate estimation of task duration, and delayed or controversial payment for work completed. Manual task validation and payment approval often result in: - Missed deadlines due to poorly estimated task durations. - Frustration among contributors due to delayed or unfair compensation. - Lower productivity due to absence of automation and data-driven decision-making. Without an integrated solution to these problems, decentralized collaboration continues to be inefficient and trust-based, constraining its scalability and adoption.
