@debbie its more technique than anything else 1. Do a bunch of negatives 2. From the video it looks like the main piece you need is the transition over the bar (pull up and press up look fine) 3. If you can get enough explosive strength from the pullup to get high enough over the bar you’re golden, so I’d recommend focusing on pure pullups (ex. 5 solid reps where you can pull yourself high over the bar at the top, dont worry about getting over the bar)
