I don't see enough AI code tools on my social feeds, so I guess I need to contribute some! First and most recent find: https://www.cursor.so/ - Premise: build the IDE around the AI (ie. give it access to tree sitter/lang server) - Scrapes docs by @'ing the URL - GPT4 - vscode fork - too much for one cast :) Enjoy!!

Ah but I did just notice you said train. Technically GPT4 is not yet trainable (ie. Fine tuning) however I suspect you are looking for what I posted here. Lmk if you have any questions.

To do this you have a number of options. The most accessible in my experience: https://www.llamaindex.ai/ They have a convenient loader for probably any thing you can think or. Github repos, docpages, all kinds. If you just want an easy to use and solid vector store, use ChromaDB. Will handle embeddings for you too.
