To do this you have a number of options. The most accessible in my experience: https://www.llamaindex.ai/ They have a convenient loader for probably any thing you can think or. Github repos, docpages, all kinds. If you just want an easy to use and solid vector store, use ChromaDB. Will handle embeddings for you too.
