If you are an old DeFi player and have a lot of idle SOL, you can try liquidity mining and revenue trading. If you are a freeloader, just do the pledge. In the points interface, you can choose bbsol/usde/sonicssol/susde to pledge. But I recommend sonicssol, which can be deposited and withdrawn at any time.
