The idea that you

Can continue to balance
Your mind, body, and spirit

And I needed this as well
I had such a long run of obvious
And relentless growth
That when the progress slowed down
It felt like falling off a cliff
It felt like I had to start over
But this isn't the case
You never start all the way over
But it might be time to shed some
Of the current layers of
Comfort
The next few steps may be harder than
The previous hundred
And that's ok
Because who you will
Become to take those steps
Is a new being
A new creature
Keep walking
On the dream
