It's actually really easy! It's really just a lot chopping and then waiting 😂

There seems to be a million versions/ ways to do it so I just looked at a bunch of recipes and did a little pick and choose from each ones

Never made kimchi -  it looks terrifyingly complicated or at least  I've got this thing in my head that it's super hard, you know?😁 Am I overthinking this?
